Refund & Cancellation Policies

All original art sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

All printed product sales are final. This includes art prints, canvas prints and any other printed products. We are not able to offer refunds or returns as all printed products are "made to order".

Cancellation Policy: All printed product sales are final. Printed product orders can only be cancelled if they have not been printed yet, as all orders are "made to order". Orders are sometimes printed immediately so there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel your order. Due to costs associated with every order, regardless if it has been printed, a 5% cancellation fee based on the total cost of your cancelled order will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Products Policy: Any damaged products must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the product arrived in. Damaged products will be replaced. No refunds will be given.

We take no responsibility for lost, or stolen products, however we may be able to help in communications with your local delivery service.

Product Guarantee: Please note that slight colour variations may occur due to differences in monitor resolution and colour calibration on your device. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

If you're not happy with anything. You need to let us know as soon as practical and give us details of what you're not happy with. We'll do our best to resolve the issue.
