See My Art In Person at KOAST This Labour Weekend!
I’m so excited to be part of the KOAST (Kerikeri Open Art Studios Trail) this Labour Weekend, 24–27 October 2025! It’s one of Northland’s biggest art events — and I’d love for you to come say hi, see my newest originals and prints, and meet the other amazing local artists I’m exhibiting with (including my lovely mum, Adriana!).

Let customers speak for us
from 5 reviewsLove having these bright and beautiful cards ready to go when I need one!

I fell in love with Silke's "Dance of the Piwakawaka" painting as it's a NZ native, just like me! I have a resident fantail which visits me nearly everyday, I like to think it's my Dad who has passed checking in on me. The vibrant colours and joyful energy make me smile too, a signature trait of the artist. I'm very blessed to own the original masterpiece.

We have several of Silke’s paintings and love them all! We were immediately attracted by
the bright colours and distinctive individual design of her paintings.
They’re such bold and beautiful statement pieces that look so amazing on our walls and
make us smile every time we see them.

I fell in love with the Dancing Dolphins when I saw it shortly before Silke’s exhibition in
Wellington. (I bought it before the exhibition opened, in case I missed out!) It’s playful and
colourful and reminds me of sailing around the Northland coast, when dolphins would
happily play under the bowsprit of our yacht. They were looking up at us riding our bow
wave, while we looked back with a sense of youthful delight.

We have one of your delightful Oriental Bay abstracts which we bought at the NZ Art
Show which has pride of place on our lounge wall.
I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your colourful artwork and how much
enjoyment this has given my wife and I over the years. Choosing it was easy. We both
said 'that one!' at the same time, seeing it among the dozens of others as we wandered
round the show.
I wish you and your painting much future success!
