Pre-orders help me work out how many to print. I'll make enough for everyone who's pre-ordered, plus a limited batch of extras - but once they're gone, they're gone until next year.
Pre-orders close on 30 Sept, and those first orders ship in late October. So if you know you'd like one, popping your order in early means yours is guaranteed and on its way first.
