Description
This colourful landscape shows the gentle rolling hills of Waipapa in the foreground and Cape Brett and the Bay of Islands in the distance.
I was lucky enough to enjoy this beautiful view on a 6 week stay and marvelled how the colours changed every day with different light. I've used bold lines to separate the changing shades and two beams of lighter colours to represent the sun peeping through a break in the clouds.
This piece really celebrates the beauty of New Zealand's landscapes.
